If Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson’s tryst feels like a textbook rebound relationship to you, that’s probably because it is.
After reportedly being spotted on a date by an anonymous source earlier this month, the model and SNL comedian were photographed together on Davidson’s birthday, November 16. At the time, People reported that Davidson and Ratajkowski were “seeing each other,” while a source told Us Weekly that their relationship is “in the very early stages” but the pair “really like each other.”
Both Ratajkowski and Davidson are coming out on the other side of highly-publicized relationships. In August, Kim Kardashian broke things off with Davidon after a 10-month whirlwind romance, reportedly disinterested in getting “serious” with someone so soon after her divorce from Kanye West. Ratajkowski is going through a divorce of her own from her husband of four years, Sebastian Bear-McClard, following cheating rumors. The former couple shares a one-year-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear. “They split recently. It was Em’s decision,” a source told People in July. “She is doing okay. She is strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mom.”
So, where does that leave Emily Ratajkowski now? “Emily is doing well and getting more adjusted to her life as a single mom since her divorce,” a source told Entertainment Tonight on November 23. “She is dating and having fun with it. She’s in a good headspace.”
The source continued, “Emily has been seeing Pete and thinks he is super charismatic, funny, and a good rebound. It is casual between them, but she likes that they’re comfortable with each other, and have a good time together. Things are going well for her.”
