Game On Mouthguards Named as Official Mouthguard for US Lacrosse

SPARKS, Md. — Game On Mouthguards, the only mouthguard to have earned the American Dental Association’s (ADA) Seal of Acceptance, has been named as the “Official Mouthguard” of US Lacrosse and the U.S. National Team program as part of a groundbreaking, multi-year partnership.

“We’re thrilled to establish this partnership with Game On and have their support in our continued effort to make the sport safer for athletes everywhere,” said Brett Hurwitz, vice president of marketing and communications for US Lacrosse. “Providing our national team players an innovative and best-in-class product, and allowing our members to realize substantial direct savings as a benefit of this partnership is another step forward for the sport.”

US Lacrosse members will receive a 40 percent discount on standard and custom Game On Mouthguards, a product unmatched for fit, performance and protection. Game On will also help provide educational resources to help promote athlete safety on relevant issues. The National Youth Sports Safety Foundation notes that athletes not wearing mouthguards are 60 times more likely to sustain damage to their teeth and studies have shown that up to 39 percent of youth dental injuries are sports-related.

“Our mission at Game On is to protect athletes at all levels and the partnership with US Lacrosse allows us to do that,” said Brian Hart, Chief Revenue Officer at Game On. “We believe we have created the best mouthguard for lacrosse and with the support of US Lacrosse it will be worn by elite athletes on the national team and accessible to all lacrosse players at every level of the game.”

Made from proprietary technology that’s clinically proven to absorb up to two times more shock than regular mouthguards, the Game On Mouthguard has a custom-like fit that enables excellent ability to speak and breathe while wearing. The unique properties of Vistamaxx™, the proprietary polymer used to make the mouthguard, allow for unlimited remolding, making it an ideal solution for players with bracers or aligners.
