We got the chance to interview him, here are a few things he had to say.
Going through what you’ve been through, can you give advice to teens who also face bullying?
I can give loads of advice for people struggling with bullies, honestly people just need to realise that being themselves it what is important.
Stay true to you, its not worth changing for anyone.
If the bullies start to get physical i wish that you go and report it to a friend, parent, or a trusted teacher.
Can you give advice to male other teenagers out there who are interested in makeup?
My advice for other male teens out there interested in makeup, is to just go for it.
Be it a small amount of nail polish or mascara, to a full glam moment, just do what you enjoy, and what you have a passion for.
It will change your life.
You mentioned seeing the industry from a different perspective. Can you explain a little more to us?
I see the beauty industry from an extremely different perspective than most others.
Im no where close to being the biggest name, nor will i ever be, but that’s the issue.
The majority of people are doing this for free product and a whole load of followers, and that just isn’t right.
I am here for the makeup, the creativity, and to meet new people.
It’s a sad reality that a lot of people in the industry are extremely toxic and will do anything in their power to get ahead, and ruining another person’s reputation shouldn’t be the way to go.
I feel like boys in the beauty community, especially when they are just starting out, will face a lot of people trying to question their identity, and
No, I am not trans. No, not every guy wanting to pick up a makeup brush is gay. I am here to express myself in whatever way I see fit not to please others.
How do you express yourself through makeup?
I express my self through makeup really just by staying true to my own concepts.
Sometimes i will have really, REALLY weird dreams and these are usually the inspiration for my creative looks.
I play about with makeup to transform myself, one day I’ll want a really editorial high fashion look, other days I may want to look like an alien that just escaped from area 51.
Im all about the transformation.
How long does it generally take you to do all of your makeup?
The length of time it takes me to do my looks really depends on what i’m going for.
My daily “soft glam” routine can be anywhere from 30 minutes, all the way to an hour. Whereas my more creative or SFX looks can be way longer.
The longest I have ever spent doing a makeup look has been 6 hours! It was crazy.
