Do a day to day call & e-mail; 2. Follow up for clients to check the overall wellness of their current house and their current status. 3. Do client survey to check the performance of the agents. 4. Receive request from clients regarding house issues have them forwarded to the right personnel/department to better assist the house issues. 5.Recieve complaints/appreciation towards the services provided with the clients and have them addressed by the specific account manager. 6. Do follow up for all the received house issues and making sure these are being solved on time by the personnel/department responsible for them. 7. Do daily report for all the tasks accomplish on a specific day.
