Kacey The Youtube Phenom

Hello everyone. We had the chance to interview Kacey. She has a love and passion for making Youtube videos. Don’t be surprised if you look up on day and she is the next big Youtube star. She currently has 2.7k followers on instagram. Make sure you checkout her page.

How old are you?

I’m 13 years old but I’m 14 years old on the 18th of November.

Who inspired you to start your YouTube channel?

Well when I was really young I started making videos to look back on I know it sound silly but I used to watch “good luck Charlie “ on Disney channel and when she used to do her videos for her younger sister I got my iPad out and just started talking about my day , then I was with my best friend page and we was watching seven super girls then we made a joint channel together and started to film vlogs and then we deleted it and a few years later when I was in year 8 I started my channel Kacey jo and that’s when it all started but now I’ve got a vlog channel as well called Kaceys vlogs .

What is your favorite thing about YouTube?

My favourite thing about YouTube is that you are helping people , like for example on my old account I had many girls my age messaging me asking for help and I just love how you can be a role model and how you can help people , also I love how you can be accepted and not judged and when you get hate you just think about the other lovely comments you get and I just love it .

What are your favorite kind of vlogs to make?

My favourite videos and vlogs to do are probably beauty videos or q&as and challenges because I just love to flim them and I love that my subscribers love them as well.

Who is your favorite YouTube and why?

Well to be completely honest I’ve got a few favourite youtubers for all different reasons for example I love summer xo as everyone can relate to her videos and she’s a great role model , I also love saffron barker and Anastasia because I have always looked up to them and I just love there personality’s and how good there videos are and how loving and caring they are.

Do you have any advice for teens in your field?

My advice for teens who are in the same field as me is to no matter how much hate or anything your getting do not give up on your dreams , for example say if you have got a YouTube channel and people at school find out and are picking on you don’t let them get to you because at the end of the day who’s going to be successful YOU .

Also to just be yourself no matter what and try not to let anyone put you down and if you need and help and support about being a teen I’m uploading a new video covering all of it.
