LA Clippers rule Serge Ibaka out of Monday’s game vs. Dallas Mavericks with lower back tightness

The LA Clippers ruled Serge Ibaka out of Monday’s game against the Dallas Mavericks, while he deals with lower back tightness.

The Clippers will play the first of consecutive games in Dallas without two starters, in fact, as Patrick Beverley (knee soreness) did not make the trip.

Ibaka did not return in the second half of Sunday’s 135-115 loss at New Orleans. Ivica Zubac will start in his place Monday.

Coach Ty Lue also shook his starting lineup up with another move, inserting Marcus Morris Sr. in place of Nic Batum after the Clippers entered Monday having lost five of the previous seven games.
