Megan Machado The Amazing Cheerleader

Hello everyone. We had the opportunity to interview the lovely Megan. Megan is an eighteen years old cheerleader. She is freshman cheerleader at Cal State University Monterey Bay. Megan has mostly been around cheerleading for most of her life. She currently has 3.3k followers on instagram. Make sure you check out her page. Something we’d also like to mention about her is that she is kinda tik tok famous she currently has been doing good numbers on her page as well. If you ever get bored it’s nothing better than watching some good tik tok’s.

How old are you?

I’m 18 years old and am a freshman at Cal State University Monterey Bay.

What inspired you to start cheering?

I grew up seeing pictures of my mom cheering in high school and it inspired me to be a positive role model in my community.

Why is your favorite thing about cheering?

My favorite thing about cheerleading is being able to push myself to try new things every time I’m on the mat.

What lessons has cheering taught you?

Cheerleading has taught me to never give up even when it seems like something is impossible.

What are your future plans for cheer?

I plan on pursuing cheerleading throughout college and hopefully help coach young girls after college.

Do you have any advice for teens in your field?

Some advice that I would give to teens in not just my field but any field is to be confident in everything that you do and always have an open mindset to become a better version of yourself.
