During Prime Day, Amazon’s biggest day of the year (well, technically two days), you can expect to save big on everything from Instant Pots and luxury beauty items to Echo devices, but we’re even more excited about the smart TV deals happening. And while there are plenty of savings on brands like Toshiba and Insignia, one of the biggest deals happening now is on a 55-inch LG 4K smart TV.

The Nano 8 Series from LG usually retails for a whopping $899, but it’s currently marked down by 44 percent making its new price to $499.99 — that’s about $400 in savings!

Thanks to its 4K resolution, which is four times the resolution of full HD 1080p, and the screen’s nanometer-sized particles that are each thinner than a human hair strand, you can expect an exceptionally crisp picture from this model.

And this TV won’t just give you a clear, vibrant watch experience — it also has both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa capabilities built in to make navigating through your favorite shows and movies seamless. Plus, you can use Apple’s AirPlay 2 to cast any content from your iPhone or iPad straight to the TV to easily share videos, songs and images with family and friends.

Having earned 4.6 out of 5 stars on Amazon, this LG has received high praise for its local dimming capability and easy setup.

One happy customer said that watching this TV, “is like looking out of a window,” and another deemed it “by far the best TV I’ve ever owned.” While some users said the remote was a bit hard to work with at first, once they got the TV’s settings to where they wanted them, it was smooth sailing.
