Hello everyone we had the chance to interview teen bodybuilder Dawson Kane. Dawson is an inspiration for becoming a teen bodybuilder. He takes the time to constantly work on his body and help others work on theirs.

How old are you? 

I just turned 19. 

What’s your average workout routine?

My average workout routine is 6 days a week and I do a 4 day split of shoulders, legs, chest and tris, back and bis. 

What mostly got you into working out?

When I played football in high school one of my favorite parts was when we would go lift weights. I fell in love with the pump and the strength gains that I got in the gym. 

What are some of the things you do to help you build muscle?

The biggest thing I do to help me gain muscle is to always do my research. All the information we could ever want is at the top of our fingertips, so use it! 

What are some of your goals for the future?

My goal for the future is to make a dent on this world. To grow my influence and help motivate people to reach their goals. Fitness is one thing, but I think being able to conquer your mind and live your own life on your own terms is the ultimate win. 

Do you have any advice for teens in your field?

One piece of advice I have for teens like me is that no dream you have is too big. You can literally take anything you want in life as long as you are willing to put in the work. If you believe you can’t, then you can’t. Limits are an illusion, and no body can set a limit for you except yourself.
